What if my item has been damaged during delivery?

The damage in transportation is undertaken by us. Please take photos of the product and package and contact us as soon as the damage is found. The products will be resent to you after affirmation.

Are your items made by hand?

Yes, and that’s why there are subtle differences on the patterns and colors of every work.

How quickly will my item be shipped?

Due to the handmade procedure, it may take 3-7days for preparation before delivery. We will let you know ASAP when the inventory is available.

How long does shipping take?

Most posts arrive within 8-22 days. This time varies according to your location, how fast customs clears the post, and how efficient your local delivery system works.

Can I return the item if I'm not satisfied with it?

Yes! If you are in any way unsatisfied with our products, contact us within 30 days of your purchase to arrange a return. We will refund the full purchase price of the item when it is returned to us safely and undamaged. International orders may be subject to additional shipping to return the purchase.

What if I haven't received my item?

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (60 days not including 3-7 day processing), you can request a refund or a reshipment. Check Shipping & Delivery for more details.

Why do you need to provide a phone number when placing an order?

In order to ensure international packages can be properly delivered, shipping companies in China require that all packages must provide the phone number of the recipient. Please understand that this is a requirement of the shipping companies. We will never contact you in any way through phone without your permission.
